Complaints about a lender

The lender named in your loan agreement is responsible for its assessment, charges, disbursement, repayment and collection activity. Contact that lender through its official channels. Credum can review its own referral, but cannot reverse a lender’s credit decision.

• Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC): official information, registers and complaint routes concerning lending and financing companies within its jurisdiction.
• Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP): consumer assistance for institutions and services within BSP supervision.
• National Privacy Commission (NPC): personal-data complaints and rights.

You do not have to complain to Credum before approaching a competent authority. Use the authority relevant to the institution and issue. These links do not imply that Credum is a licensed lender or endorsed by an authority.
