What you can ask us to do
- Explain or provide access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete or block information, or limit its use, where the applicable conditions are met.
- Stop consent-based processing or direct marketing for the future.
- Provide a portable copy of information where that right applies.
- Provide an explanation or review of automated matching where you have that right under applicable law.
We may need proportionate identity verification before releasing information or changing a record. Do not send an entire identification number or document image through ordinary email; we will explain a secure method if further evidence is necessary.
What happens next
We handle requests within the applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful reason for refusing or limiting a request. For example, a specific legal obligation or dispute may require us to retain a particular record. Withdrawing consent does not undo an application already disclosed; a partner holding its own copy may also need your request directly. Our recipient page provides partner information.
Complaints
You may contact the National Privacy Commission. Where GDPR applies to processing by our Finnish-established operator, the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman or another competent European authority may also be approached. You are not required to use only a Finnish complaint route.
