Programmes available in the Philippines

Availability depends on the programme’s eligibility criteria and the information in your application.

Data each recipient may receive

For Credy Philippines, we send:

• first and last name, email address and telephone number;
• date of birth;
• requested loan amount in Philippine pesos and requested term in days;
• IP address and an internal application reference; and
• the recorded terms acceptance and affirmative data-processing consent.

Credum sends only the fields required by this recipient. A broker or network may transmit information to lenders within its marketplace under its own privacy policy. Credy does not receive an identification-document number or image, bank details, income, employer, vehicle or housing answers.

Responsibility for the data

Lenders and brokers assessing an application normally act as independent controllers for their own assessment, contact, contracting, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Read the receiving lender’s privacy policy and terms before entering into a loan.

Credum retains evidence of the programmes consulted and their responses for the period described in the Privacy Policy.

We provide updated recipient information and obtain any further consent where required by applicable law. Updating this page does not itself extend consent you previously gave.
